Our Sole Authority... The Word of God...

The Word of God - We believe the Bible is complete in all respects, verbally inspired and preserved. (II Timothy 3:16, II Peter 1:21).

The Trinity - We believe there is one God eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. These Three are co-eternal, co-equal and co-existent. (Acts 5:30-32, I John 5:7).

God, the Son - We believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. He was conceived of the Holy Ghost and born of a virgin. (Matthew 1:18-25).

God, the Holy Spirit - We believe that the Holy Spirit is a Divine person equal with God the Father and God the Son. He is the agent in the new birth. He convicts of sin, seals, endues, fills, guides, teaches, witnesses, sanctifies and helps the believer. (John 14:16-17).

The Atonement - We believe in the blood atonement of Jesus Christ on the cross and that all who believe on Him are justified before God and forgiven of their sins. (Romans 5:9).

The Bodily Resurrection and Priesthood of Jesus Christ - We believe that Jesus Christ arose from the grave on the third day and that He now sits at the right hand of the Father interceding for believers. (Hebrews 12:2).

Salvation - We believe that salvation for the sinner is by grace through faith. All who receive Jesus Christ as their Saviour will go to heaven, and all who reject Christ will go to hell forever. (Ephesians 2:8-9, John 3:15-18).

Santification - We believe that once the sinner has received salvation the Holy Spirit then resides in the believer in order to convict, cleanse, and conform the convert into the image of Christ Jesus. (1 Thessalonians 5:23, Romans 6:1-23, Acts 2)

Eternal Security - We believe that the security of the believer rests in the finished work of Christ on the cross and that all the redeemed are kept by the power of God. (John 10:28).

The Church - We believe that the church is a local, visible body of born again believers, practicing the ordinances of Baptism and the Lord's Supper and fulfilling the Great Commission. (Acts 2:41-42).

The Second Coming of Christ - We believe in the imminent, pre-tribulational, pre-millenial return of Jesus Christ in the rapture and His physical return at the end of the tribulation. (John 13:1-3, Acts 1:11; Rev. 19).
